It’s kind of interesting how these things work, you take heavily armed, masked thugs, otherwise known as ICE (Americas Gestapo) off of the American streets and all a sudden these supposed cities rampant with violence and crime have once again returned to normal. I mean, what could go wrong with COS playing, GI Joes and Jane’s, with six whole weeks of training, enforcing any type of law enforcement let alone immigration. I am a federal law enforcement graduate (1988) and even with 16 weeks of training I felt inadequate walking out of Glynco and these people rushed into the position with barely any education (couldn’t pass open book tests) and poor physical standards are supposed to. I don’t think so.
This was never about immigration from the start or grabbing the worst of the worst criminals, this was a way to show the blue states and cities who was in charge. How do you justify sending these agents into cities like; Washington DC, New York, Portland, Minneapolis and Los Angeles, when red states like, Louisiana (New Orleans), Missouri (Kansas City) and Texas (name a city) had higher violent crime rates rates. The cities that they occupied, and don’t fool yourself that this wasn’t an occupation, were expected to bend the knee to Washington and this administration or more pain would be inflicted. Again, it wasn’t about grabbing up the worst criminals as the statistics showed, it was about grabbing up people who weren’t white. They targeted, people walking on the streets, people going to doctors appointments, places of worship, schools, businesses and even immigration hearings where people were trying to do it legally, but they didn’t care, they even grabbed American citizens born here or naturalized, just because of the color of their skin. As a result, individuals who had no concept of the law, (as witnessed by the many court decisions overturning their actions) and led by an evil women who had no concept of security or immigration.
The actions of this administration and its ICE goons spurred massive protest marches, people protecting their neighborhoods and setting up food shelves and other civic beneficial activities. They voiced their disapproval over and over. As Trumps immigration ratings dropped faster than his economic ratings, instead of pulling back and calming the situation the administration doubled down on their crackdown leading to the murder of two American Citizens, Renee Goode and Alex Pretti. What did the Department of Justice (DOJ) do, the answer is nothing. The murderers remain free and have never been charged with a crime, not even for violating Goode or Pretti’s civil rights.
I guess the thinking of this administration is if you don’t talk about an issue or create enough distractions it will eventually go away, just like their trying to do with the Epstein Files, where the sitting President of the United States is tied intimately to a sex trafficking/pedophile ring.
The thing is, when this administration and Senate and Congress change hands in November they should all be brought before a Nuremberg type tribunal and face the consequences of their actions. Just like in the 40’s, I was just following orders will not and cannot be used as an excuse. Not only should they face the consequences in the eyes of the American people they should also stand before The Hague to answer for their crimes against humanity in blowing up boats in International Waters and starting wars that have
